I have some trees that are outside of the area where my 3/16 line runs. If I have enough drop (vacuum) is it OK to T in another tree with maybe a 20' drop rather than running the line to the tree and back?

I did something similar this year. I had a group of four that didn't fit in with any other run, so I tied them together and came into a run where it seemed to make sense. I came in about 3 feet high, and came straight down into it like a regular drop would. I thought that may be better that a more level entry. Seems to be working OK, but I don't have a gauge on any part of that particular line.

I did exactly that, one tree that was 20' away and slightly uphill. The bubbles are moving in the right direction along the long drop and that's all that I can ask for.
