I had my buckets out for two weeks and just starting to collect today. When they were first out it was 60 degrees for a day and mid 50's for two other days. They have all frozen since and now running and starting to thaw today. The sap in the buckets that is not frozen is slightly cloudy and discolored. I'm wondering if it's from when we had the warm days. Should I dump all sap and ice and start over?

Mine was like that today. I am boiling it, and it tasted fine.

You could dump the ice and keep the sap that remains? It may be of higher sugar content.
