Anybody out there in Columbia County, NY? I'm just a hobbyist in Old Chatham with a half-pint, but I'd love to here of others in the neighborhood. I was done, but then this week some of my trees picked up again to near maximum flow, while others are quite nearly dry. I may pull the dry taps and drill some other trees, just to learn. My wife wants me to redrill some of the dry trees.

Hey, i'm a hobbyist aswell really. I live just south of the Pine Plains Area in Dutchess County, not that far from you maybe 45 min? ish I'm boiling right now actually. Syrup looks to be back to table grade which is awesome, this is only my 4th boil on 200 taps. Its been a sad season

Get those trees reamed or move the taps to other trees fast. The reaming works good.
