Did a test boil with the steam away on Tuesday,new job of looking after things,didn't have the pipe set up to take the hot water away,was filling a 5 gallon pail every few minutes,so yesterday got the pipe hooked up for boiling the sap,filled the old milk cooler outside in 3 hours,not sure if it is 300 or 400 gallons,too bad couldn't bottle it up and sell maple distilled water!!
