Lease contract

I am looking to lease some land for next season. This year turned out to be terrible and would like to be able to make the most out of my new pan and arch. I've never leased any land before and am fairly clueless about it. So does anyone have a copy of a lease agreement I can look at to see the basics? Thanks in advance.
