What model/size gast pump would be suitable for 150 to 200 taps. Thanks Jeff

I have an 0523 mother mounted rotary vane on a small section of wood across my driveway that services 140 taps. I am using this one because I picked it up used on eBay. Pulls 26 consistently

What are you running for a releaser with that and does it run hot?

I have 450 taps on 1500' of 1" mainline, also have two 14' ladders in the system. I run a gast 1550 powered by a 6.5Hp predator gas engine, with a double vertical releaser. I'm pulling 23.5-24" at the releaser, 21" at the end of my lines after the ladders, and 25-27" at the end of my mainlines. Bought the set-up used for about $800, and had it paid off halfway through the first season.

It doesn't run hot . I have an older Lapierre hobby releaser with a little extra weight on the float to overcome the higher vacuum. This pump even sucked some sap the other day , cleaned it out sprayed some Gast oil in it , and it's back up and running. Sometimes I have it on for 48 hrs or more at a time.
