Did some work this summer getting thing ready. Made my own arch plus had s buddy make up a finishing/filtering pan. Worked pretty good for the first run. My arch pan is 20x36 (inches) and 6 inches deep not really sure how much I can boil down and how fast so I have only tapped 40 trees so far. I can get a good hard boil on the entire pan. Any advise to a noob would be great.
