Happy with service

I just wanted to make mention about my new used pan I have talked about in the past. When i was getting to boiling i notied that the pan had several leaks. I had purchased this pan sight on seen from bascoms. I was quite up set over this since the pan would be scrap or cost as much as i paid for it in repairs. I called Bascoms very upset, however was very pleased with how the situation was handled.

I am not making and endorsments, just thought they deserved a note for some very good customer service.
