First timer. Started last weekend with 16 taps. 11 on black walnut 5 on maple. Added 4 more mid week and 20 more on Thursday. First cook and ended up with 1 pint black walnut 3 qts maple. What color would this be called? Darker pint is black walnut. 1550015500
