Trying to get information on Water guy ro machines

Hi. I,m just wondering if anyone has experience with water guy ro I bought a used one 2 years old and when I call the water guy site its like I,m asking them about them about Mars I wanted to get a replacement pressure switch and they wanted $180.00 and I wanted spare O rings for the heads and they told me I needed to buy the whole head what gives with this. does anyone have any info. for me thanks

I've heard that their customer service isn't that great. I'm sure if you post pictures of what your trying to replace someone could help you out.
Last year I had custom orings made for an old 4" trash pump I use at work. Went to a pump repair shop. I called them with exact measurements and they said just bring the old one in and we will make you one. Worked great and will probley last longer then the original.

hi Thanks for the reply I,m just wondering what to look for and I think I found new o rings and I think I fixed the pressure swtich if not I can run it with with out to start with I,m not happy with the response from water guy do you have any thoughts on what to loo for thanks
