cast iron press with new regulations

I have a nice gh grimm 7 inch cast iron press but I am worried that I will not be able to use it when the new bulk packing regulations come into full affect. not sure if the people who wrote the regs forgot about cast iron presses because they are rarely used? not sure why it wouldn't be food grade, expecially when I swap the bronze pump for an air pump.
