My boyfriend is a photographer for Realtree, and last year he took photos of our very humble operation. They made it a feature on their website earlier this month, paying homage to the long-time tradition of sugaring.

I am so jealous. Everything is thawed here. I rely on that heavy snow for keeping my sap cold. Looks like I am going to be boiling down everything everyday.
