I pulled my pails last monday. It was real bad as far as weather. I know some are holding out and hoping for more sap and better weather. I'm already second guessing myself. How are the rest of you in NW Wisconsin doing?

Brad - I was ready to do the same but decided to leave them in. It has been very slow all week, a small run yesterday.
I have a very small operation with only 65 taps - only 4 gallons of syrup so far. We made 12 gallons last year. I'm hoping for one more run with the cooler weather this week, time will tell.
In looking at my notes this afternoon, I collected 189 gallons the first 10 days the trees were tapped last year - it took 25 days this year to collect 185 gallons of sap this year.
As I posted last weekend, the reds ran decent here, sugars were very slow, some none at all.
