Anyone using this pump?

It reads like it's used in freshwater applications (cistern). I want to pump sap uphill over a distance of 500' with a total elevation gain of 40-50'. I'll be using 1" line and I don't care if it's slow.

How about this, does anyone read the description and think "that shouldn't be used for sap"? It seems good to me, I just want double check.

I think it should work fine. Any pump that is made for well water should work for sap. As long as it will fit where you want it to go, give it a try ......
