Air tight door

Anyone ever built there own air tight door for there natural draft arch? I added a blower to my CDL and boils like crazy but it needs a gasketed door. Post some pics if you have ever built one.....i need some ideas. Thanks in advance.

I built a door for my CDL and been having good luck. Cost was about $60.00 as I did my own welding. If you are close by you can come up and see mine here in Greenwood.

BTW these work well and really are safer and it makes firing the arch much more comfortable. No more red hot doors and burnt gloves.

handle and latch were built.

These were filled with insulation and covered with stainless mesh.
