just noticed while filling pan with sap middle channel is bleeding into drawoff channel.
noticed solder beads in pan when i cleaned after last batch.

Got a little too warm. If it was mine and I had sap to boil I would run it till there was down time to get it fixed.

was boilong off waY to fast. was pushing it with my new blower. its on a variable speed..but i was speeding lolol. 2nd year with my 2x6 did upgrades and wasnt expecting the evap rate have a nice hump in bottom of pan as well.

Well its good you found this leaking.
Some suggestions: Since its already soldered I would recommend trying to solder it to repair the areas.
Aggressive wire brush with stainless brush only. Use liquid flux made for stainless. (cant remember the name). I thing its "Stay clean"??? Try to brush the flux only where you want the solder, (the joint) Then get a small copper antique soldering iron about 1/2 inch Sq. Heat the soldering iron with mapp gas or propane. Got to almost cherry red. Use a lead free solder. Keep in mind that after you have made syrup in there it's very hard to get the joint clean for re-soldering. A lot of black junk may bubble out of the joint as you apply the hot iron to the joint. If you can find a old electric soldering iron that will work too.

Keep in mind that having a hump in the pan means you now have a higher potential for pan burning because the sap level will be less in that spot. It's probably in the area of the melted solder right? Sometimes auf can concentrate the heat/flame in one area more than the rest. It happens without it too. You might be able to divert,ramp or baffle the air so you can get a more even boil if you notice it boils a lot in one area and perhaps very little in another. Speed is good!:)

i finished my boil last night. It was a pain. temps all over the place on draw off. and because of the hump it wouldnt draw off evenly sometimes nothing coming out of spigot. i had to raise pan to make it flow. so i drewmoff early and will have to finish longer on propane. any waynto get the hump out??
ive got to make sure i load wood evenly side to side i think as well. ive got some time now with the freezing temps.

I have flattened a pan bottom with a rubber hammer with a block of wood under it. Never will be flat but you can make it pretty close.

I should add that was a welded pan. Not sure what my fix will do to a soldered pan.

an update. The pan fixed itself. the hump buckled back flat. im not seeing any bleed through and not getting temp fluctuating in drawoff section.
Actually my last run and draw was fantastic. 2.5 gallons golden. 2nd season with the 2x6 and I am comfortable with it and have a great system down for this solo sugarman.
