has anyone come across a site where you can purchase an air tight door kit for your arch???

Cheaper to find someone who can weld cast and then fabricate one. My arch had this done from the person I bought it from. If you make the front airtight you may also need to "tighten" the rest of the arch if you , as I would assume, you want to put blower on it. I did this using high temp silicone.you will need to insulate the front around the the door very well or you risk cracking the cast iron. Unless you get crazy with heat you should be fine.
If you can't find someone to weld you are almost better off looking for new arch minus the pans or if you are handy and can weld regular materials make your own. I thinks bascoms are a couple thousand dollars. If you just want to increase boil rate you would gain more off buying pre heater and steam hoods .
