Hello.

I see some turnout gear in the photo... So I figured that I might prompt you to meter your Carbon Monoxide levels near that rig if you are using it an enclosed space. As I am sure you are aware, your carbon buildup is a result of incomplete combustion. Given the amount of fuel you are running to the burners, my guess you are short on your O2 and you have a high production of Carbon Monoxide. Best of luck.

I appreciate the info. Yes sir 26 year professional firefighter. And this will be used under my deck outside. I have several gas guys local to me that will also instruct on if I need to fan some more O2 to the system. I will probly not max it out anyways . Thank you

Hi Canadian_diesel1964.

I recently posted a question about natural gas evaporator on the forum here if you would be kind enough to check out my questions? : http://mapletrader.com/community/showthread.php?29946-natural-gas-evaportator

I see you made yours with a flat pan above the two burners. Did you fabricate the 23 jet burners yourself or did you buy them like that somewhere then weld them in place?

How far away to you have the burners from the pan? With natural gas burners you don't have to have an arch type of evaporator correct? You can just put the burners right under the pan like you did for most efficiency; is that correct?

Is this evaporator working well for you? How many gallons is the pan and how many GPH can you evaporate on it?
