Just pulled all the buckets. Doesn't look good until next year! Too bad to it started off nice. Oh well!

We pulled all the taps Sunday..............depressing season here. We had hoped for a late season cool off, we would of had to pull every thing and clean it even if it did cool off again. Oh well theres always next year!

Pulled all the taps on my red maples today but left in the 20 or so I have in sugar maples. The extended forecast shows some cold weather next week. Some of my reds are already dropping blossoms. I made about 8 gallons of syrup on 75 taps. Only 2 good runs. Bummer.
