Just have to ask! and remind them it is very short term! you never know...just talk to the "right " person...the one that LOVES syrup, and don't forget to hook them up with product.

Honestly Id feel a bit embarrassed to be doing it at work, some people are uptight and like to whine and I know ill start getting questions if im collecting at 445 instead of 515 about me leaving work early etc....just would rather not deal with it although Id LOVE to tap these guys lol

Exactly what I was thinking!! I may start tapping tomorrow night, 25-50 a night and I should be good by this weekend for the 1st run

I got my barrels cleaned and set, and sugar shack is ready. I put in a handful of taps yesterday afternoon and too my surprise they were running a bit! I'm heading out today to put some more in. Weather still looks good for the weekend. Hopefully my new job I'm starting next week will still give me some time to boil!
