Sanitary adaptor

I'm trying to figure out my plumbing for my auto draw valve. My draw off port is 1.25". I have my 1.25" ball valve then I'd like to be able to close it off then remove assembly of a tee and draw off valves. Would like to go with a sanitary fitting like in the link for easy removal.

Does DN32 just mean it's 1.25" npt threads?

With the tee,street 90's, mech ball valve and draw off valve it's pretty heavy. Will a sanitary fitting be ok to use in this case. I'm assuming they are pretty tough.

The pan outlet will twist before a sanitary will leak.

sanitary fitting is what most,,,, not all,,, evaporator manufacturers use between pans and their piping. Quick,, easy disconnect and hookup

I keep a few silicone gaskets in stock for each size I use, just in case. Haven't needed one yet, but if I do I have them.

eBay ended up being the cheapest way to go. Got sanitary adaptor, threaded fittings and 1" ball valve for $65.00 Canadian,
Free shipping. Was going to go all sanitary fittings but I would of needed to buy all separate and adapt to threads for my mech ball valve. So I just went sanitary where I can take assembly off to clean. Ordered a couple extra 1.5" sanitary PTFE gaskets and a spare clamp also.

Usually takes quite a while to get here. But can't beat free shipping.
Ordered a $1.99 relay couple months ago. Costed me more to drive to the post office then it did for the part and the shipping combined from china. Took over a month to get here.
