1) I'm looking for a good source for stainless steel fittings. I'm setting up the lean to that my wife and I built this summer to connect my milk bulk tanks, collection tanks, head tank, etc. 2

2) I'll also need to buy hose or connect the above with PVC. What type hose to buy for transferring sap and where to buy it? Any problems with the primer and glue used for PVC and sap?

Thanks.

For the hose, try getting milk spirolite hose from a dairy supply. For the fittings, if you want tri clamp SS fittings go to Brewer's Hardware https://www.brewershardware.com/Sanitary-Fittings, if you want cam lock try Pro Flow Dynamics https://www.proflow-dynamics.com/stainless-steel-camlock-fittings-type-a.html. While Pro Flow has both types, they cost more than at Brewer's Hardware. If you don't find the Spirolite locally, you can order it from ECI www.easterncrowninc.com/ . Another option for the plumbing is PVC, but if you go that route, design it to drain so you don't get a freeze you can't fix, or use heat tape (I have a 25' long line in 1.5" spirolite 170 and it has heat tape, that is only plugged in if I get a freeze-up.
