How long is maple candy good for?

We store it in the freezer for a 2 to 3 months. Can be stored on shelf for quite a while if crystal coated.

William,do you vacuum seal the candy,or just leave it in bulk in the freezer?Also assuming what goes in the freezer is not crystal coated ?

Bulk in ziplock bags or airtight glass. So far I have not crystal coated.

I would say several weeks to a month for un coated candy. and several months for crystal coated candies. Just did several pounds of candy with coating.
