3/16 Newbie venting

Do you install a vent at the last tap on a 3/16 gravity vac line ?

In order to get vacuum, the system must be closed and leak free.

madmapler is correct, my 3/16 runs were all regularly achieving 15" to 20" of vacuum. I wasn't very methodical about checking for leaks, I just put a vacuum gauge at the top of the line and was happy to see any "free" vacuum.

Optionguru, how much elevation drop do you have?
