I see that most guys run one row of steam pans on their fuel oil tank evaporators but what about running two? My pans are 20.5x12 and my tank is 26 inches wide so unless I'm missing something it seems like I should be able to run two rows which would allow me to boil 6 pans on a oil tank evaporator. The only thing I wonder about is since I only have 1 inch on each side will I get a good boil in the pans?
