With that many taps I wouldn't waste my time looking at a guzzler..but that's just my .02

Get a vac pump and Releaser for that. 750 would give you 1500 to 2000 gallons of sap on a good day. That's a lot for a guzzler

A diaphragm pump wouldn't come close to giving you sufficient vac. You could get away with an upper end gast pump. I ran 2 2565s last season on 1300 taps and pulled about 25". I've run 1 pump on a harbor freight 99cc engine but gas engines can be a real PITA. This year I have electric at both of my bushes. No cost from the power co., only from the electrician to install the boxes and meters.

I am working on a vac system myself, I went the pump and releaser route. But I need sap ladders to make my system work. If I had good slope and a gravity system set up I would be tempted to go the guzzler route. I saw a guy near me pulling 26-27" on a double guzzler setup on 1200 taps, I was very impressed. Pretty sure he made over 700 gallons of syrup last year.
