I have one of these if i want to take it home for free. Any ideas of what I could use it for? To explain more it is a charcoal/wood grill from a commercial kitchen and has two doors not one. It is about 5 ft by 2 ft deep. it just needs doors and brick. it has no grates either. My current rig is 2x7ish oil drum arch. I want to do 200 taps this season.

Hmmm not sure other then maybe a finishing base. You could clean out the cuts and install 2 turkey fryer burners and finish with it . 2x5 flat bottom pan looks like it fit right on top of where the grates go @

Thats all i could think of too. My operation is not big enough for the size though.
I guess i could use it for its intended purpose and put it by the rig and make man size steak and ribs while boiling.:-)

I have never scorched a pan yet? With my upgrades in the futre being uncharted territory for me im sure it is inevitable.

You could use it to grill about 50 lbs of brats and have all of us over for brats and beer.
