Got this beast from Patrick Phaneuf 2x6 rised flue, with pre+heater in the hood. Now I just gotta finish the sugar shack.

Looks like you are in for a great new experience. Patrick makes a nice evaporator. We started out with one of his and really liked it.

Very nice looking. Looks like it should make a lot of syrup. How many taps do you have?

Thanks everyone. @Bap I am shooting for 300 taps. A friend of mine with a similar size strongly recommended to not go over 300, ( 250 really. But I can't help myself) since it's my 1st yr with a real evaporator. Get through the learning curve and hrs required with 300 taps. Sound advice since I wanted to do 500taps right away.
