Hello again Maple Enthusiasts!
Do you like maple syrup, and enjoy tasting maple syrup? Would you like to participate in scientific research, but were unable to attend our previous sensory experiment in August?
We are seeking participants for a sensory evaluation experiment that is being conducted by the University of Vermont Proctor Maple Research Center (UVM-PMRC) as part of a research study on maple syrup flavor. To participate, you must be:
- At least 18 years old
- A healthy, nonsmoker
- Familiar with the current maple syrup grading system
The experiment will be held at UVM-PMRC in Underhill Center, VT, on Tuesday, September 27th 2016, from 9-10:30 a.m. Please email me (avan@uvm.edu) by September 19th to confirm you will attend, or to receive additional information. If you’re unable to attend but are interested in participating, please email me to be added to the contact list for future experiments.
