Name this plant

Walking my new bush today and i seen a lot of this plant. I'm in Western New York. The plant was in areas that the sun light could reach the forest floor. I'm just wondering if they are anything to worry about.The leaf looks like a bean plant and the flower looks like a daisy. Thanks in advanced.

My ID guide is at work, but a couple shots in the dark are heart-leaf aster and big-leaf aster. I think they both do well in the shade. I don't think either are problematic.

Thanks mudr, you are right on with big leaf aster. After doing some researching on the web found out that it is a good ground cover to help stop erosion.This may have been planted years ago,seeing this bush is very step and is in a little hamlet along the state road. Didn't see anything negative about it on the web.
