Well the weather is finally working in my favor (at least for a day or two). Collected this morning and averaged better than 2 gallons per tree. The bulk tank reads 2.5% sugar so it should be a good day. They were running good enough I might go back and collect tonight too! Hope everyone else is having some good sap weather.

Don't you think this is the last week for the syrup? Most the guys I have talked to seem to think so. also the one I talked to last niight seemed to ehink he would be lucky to get 2/3rds of what he made last year. I hope you are doing better than him though.
