The 2016 Joint Annual North American Maple Syrup Council and International Maple Syrup Institute Meetings will be held in Burlington, Vermont, from October 26-29. Besides the business meetings, there are technical sessions, a trade-show, a maple syrup contest, banquets, and tours.
One and two day passes are also available if you only wish to come for part of the time. Several of the technical presentations are being given for the first time, and some will only be made at this event.
