I found a new use for maple syrup.

This morning, I had blueberries with Connecticut Maple Syrup drizzled on them for breakfast.

Just started a batch of goose jerky,put a cup maple syrup with merinade.See how it turns out.

Added 1 cup of maple syrup to the Nesco jerky mix we got with our dehydrater,to two pounds of Snow goose breasts. Turned out great.All gone after three days.

At you're next farmers market find someone making fresh ricotta cheese.....

Put little mound on a plate, drizzle some warm maple, cracked black pepper and dash of sea salt....WOW!
