MES has a gass powered option in the Atlas Copco line as well. Not sure of the CFM though

21.5 hp Gas Motor sounds like alot of Gasoline. Would it not be cheaper to run a generator and an electric vac pump?

MES Atlas Copco gas pump isn't available yet, but should be soon. Would be interesting to see a side by side comparison of the two pumps on fuel consumption and overall performance. I couldn't find out the fuel consumption on the airtech from my CDL dealer, would be interesting to know if anyone has a gas powered airtech. Electricity here in Ontario is approx.. 22 cents per KWH after including delivery fees and taxes.

I cannot see gas powered pumps being cheaper than an electric pump even with our high electricity rates. You also need to factor in the time and expense of getting gas to the pump on a regular basis. What happens when it runs out of fuel in the middle of the night during the best run of the season?
