cdl steam pan

I have a 3.5x14 oil fired cdl rig. 8-post ro, would like to add a steam pan. I'm consentrating to 15%. What will the steam pan do for me?

If you have a preheater already, probably give you about 50% more evaporation rate. If you don't have a preheater, then it will get you higher percentage evaporation.
