I just wanted to share a video that I made about maple syrup facts that most non-producers might not know. I was inspired by all those "top 10" videos that you see on YouTube and I know I need to tweak some of the wording to be more accurate but you'll get the point. I plan on doing a couple and focus on different areas of production. I hope you enjoy it....
