It really is all organic. Pretty much the only difference is you paid to have someone certify your operation as organic. Can't use regular defamer and must practice conservative tapping guidelines that's pretty much the only difference. To me organic labeling in maple is a scam. Also if you took the time and pie the money to be cerified organic why would you sell it wholesale.

AdirondackSap: Well... people ARE selling organic at bulk rates, so a similar question applies; why would they sell bulk if they could sell wholesale or retail instead? Don't know, don't care, just want to buy the stuff. Fare-well!
