3x10 arch using sap from a ro

Can you run sap that has been run through a ro on a 3x10 lighting arch with no steamway just a preheater? And if so what percentage that can be run ?

You can run concentrate on any pan set. Now if you are going to 40%..then you may not want to use a flue pan. As long as you have enough for a few hours runtime, you should be fine running up to 20% concentrate.

Last year I was feeding 18% into a 2x6 with a preheater. I was drawing about 15 gallons per hour.

I had a 2.5x10 with only a preheater 2 yrs. ago. It handled 3250 taps with a 2 post RO. concentrating to 15%. Lots of time in the sugarhouse though.
