I made a 4 x 12 with 11" drop flues and an not getting the boiling rate I should be getting (100-125 gph) I used 18 ga steel which I know might be holding the boiling rate back a bit. I got auf from an old blower from my folks old house. I think the the biggest thing that is hindering the boiling rate is that I don't have the proper stack height, I currently have a 8 foot 18 inch stack, I wont go higher since I am boiling outside with the wind and I just don't have the extra stack at the moment. If I make the stack 24' tall (twice the length of evaporator) will that be enough to help increase the boiling rate? Thanks!!
