I have always bottled into glass containers and sold my syrup to neighbors, friends, etc. I am now looking at selling my product at some local craft stores and I would like to make sure that when I label my bottles I have the appropriate amount of syrup in each bottle. I have a Smoky Lake filter/canner and it works great, but is there equipment available to bottle to the correct amount (number of ounces) or what does everyone else do? Thanks in advance!
