Made 56 gallons from 185 taps. I had to quit because I ran out of wood. When I cleaned up yesterday I had to dump one of my tanks that was running over. I could have broken 60 gallons easily.

Made just over 17.5 gal on 55 taps. Early start and season lasted over 7 weeks but had some lulls when I had to wait for freezing weather to return.

Final tally is 49 gallons from 200 buckets. Short run of GD, 10 gallons or so of AR, and the rest is DR. I think the flavor is good, but I think it was better last year.

I finished with 22 gallons off 75 buckets. The crop this year was 63% of my average from the last 5 years. I had 1 run of amber, and the rest was dark. All had very similar flavor.

298gal off of 2045 gravity taps. Last boil was march 9th, but we probably could have gone longer if the syrup quality and sap sugar content would have been better. We need to get a ro before next year. Looking for a 600 gph machine.

89 gallons from 360 taps and counting. It looks like we'll have another run in a few days. If I make 100 gallons, I'm buying champagne.

Bottled 56G on 118 taps (sweet pans to finish - so maybe 3 more gallons which would just beat last year's total).

397 on 860 vacuum. Best ratio in 7 years with vacuum, hoping for a bit more after the weekend.

Just finished bottling today. I made 32.15 and figured 0.24 gpt. Just shy of the 0.25 I wanted and down from the 0.30 I had last year. I would have had it this year but I pulled 50 of my taps a little too early. Next time I won't do that. Overall, I'm happy the season turned out just fine despite the crazy weather pattern.
