Thanks for all your help everybody.

This build has extra primary and secondary air coming from the rear through 2 square tubes. Needs bricks, might get to test it next year.

Basically, chop the top and reverse it, build a new smoke box, smash anything in the way out of the way and match up angle iron to fit your pan. Make allowance to add a back leg or two.

Looks cool! I know someone that had one like that and converted it to oil fired. That works well also.
