We are doing some research and testing right now on enhanced maple sap preheaters. So essentially steam a ways, cdl steam pans, and lapierre equivalents.

Would you mind measuring the following:

- model of equipment
- brix in
- temp in
- brix out of float box before flue pan
- temp out of float box before flue pan

We have a lot of data and are building a trend line. We would appreciate any input. When measuring the brix out please let it cool to room temp before measuring. This may harm your equipment and also provide false readings.

Thanks in advance.
