Howdy,
Just wondering if anyone can help me with my RO issue it is a Small Brothers 600 GPH. When I do a rinse or wash the minimum PSI is suppose to be 20 PSI and I have only been able to get it to 18 the last 2 days so the pump won't stay on. When you concentrate or close the pressure valve it appears to go up as normal. All pumps run when you turn them on individually and just wont maintain the 20 PSI. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jared

I had a similar issue with my Springtech yesterday. Keeps cutting out on low pressure when rinsing. Mine has an inline screen prior to the feed pump and I took it apart to clean this morning and it was pretty slimed up with biofilm. I generally clean it every time I change the prefilters but the last sap that went thru was pretty slimy. I also snaked out my feed line. Nothing major to report there but going to run some permeate thru to make sure there is nothing restricting flow.
Does you unit have an inline filter prior to feed pump? Could there be a restriction somewhere in the feed line?

Thanks General I will check that out. Maybe I need to change the pre filter more often with the slime. I will look and see if there is pre screen not sure about that.
Thanks

In my case it turned out to be the inline screen. Now I'm back in action which is good because the sap is starting to really pick up...

Thanks General you solved my problem I cleaned out the pump and changed the pre-filter seems to be working well now. I was hoping for a simple fix. My syrup was a little ropey tonight it was 65-70 here today. I think I will be done this weekend.
Best of luck!
Jared
