got a good run,wondering about grade I will make,evaporator spotless,tanks were clean,sap from vacumn was 1.6 and gravity was 1.9,slightly cloudy,will ro it up to 16% ,excited to see what will happen,headed for 500 gallons,would have been prolly 600gal if the owner had not left the vacumn tank valve open,not once,but twice within a week,figured lost 1500 gallons or so

If you have question on flavor, might be better to concentrate lower. Might help hide any off flavors.

Vern pulled in 2800 gals monday and tues. Made 18 gals golden nice lite flavor. Already have 1200 intanks today still running good. Only roed to 8%

Ouch! Leaving some valve open, or overflowing some tank is probably the most common error; I know I've managed to do it about once per season.
