The last 3 days have been nuts and the extended forecast looks great. We can't keep up at this rate :) what a great problem to have. Sleep is overrated, at least I keep telling myself that.

I'm on my 2nd all nighter of the weekend and I anticipate a couple more coming up this week. Great problem to have but boy that job sure gets in the way of the hobby syrup guy.

Just when I thought my season was done I come home to find my 5gallon bucket drop lines over flowing!!!
Looks like a couple more nights of boiling in my future. 2 gallons so far on 10 taps. Hopefully end up with two more after this crazy run!! No complaints here

Another crazy run. Collected another 200, and I'm out of storage space and time til next Monday. I had to dump about 150 on the ground. I have help running the evap when I am gone, so I can finish the sweet when I get back.

Collected 300 gallons off 125 taps with three days of run time on them. It is going to be a long weekend, filled the storage tote and still could get a couple hundred gallons before the weekend. I got what I asked for the flood gates have opened. We will get some good use of are 2x6 evaporator.
