Visited my sugar bush to go on a hike in the wood with my wife today and was surprised to find all of my buckets at least 3/4 full if not overflowing. Do not know when the sap flowed last week but I must have had at least a few good days. Buds are tight and the sap looked pretty clear. Tossed the ice and fired up the evaporator and started boiling. Will have to get back down tomorrow after work to finish. Will boil this weeks run this coming weekend.
