Boiled down last night and syrup is dark amber and full of flavor - really robust taste. Soooooo Good!

I was worried it would be buddy - but its not at all.

I am in north canton I left one tree tapped and it is running . Got up close buds are still closed . Hope to make another pint or so. . So far 7 gallons of syrup. and I taped late . Very happy this year.

Glad to see some folks are still at it! I know I pulled mine a little early but I made more than intended and was out of containers.

I ran out too but keep a large container in the freezer . I thought I was done too. Definitely done after tomorrow
