2016 Bulk buying prices

What are some of the bulk buying prices that people are being offered this year? I saw a post that Bascom's is offering around $2.20/lb but I'm wondering about other buyers. I buy bulk syrup from time to time for various reasons and I'd like to make sure that I'm offering a fair price.

What do you do with the syrup after you buy it? Do you sell it to other producers or repackage it and retail it yourself? If you are selling it bulk to other producers find out what Bascom's is selling it for and adjust your buying price accordingly. Bascom's determines their buying price by what the Quebec federation will sell it to them for the dollar exchange rate.

I sell all of my syrup retail but I have bulk buyers such as restaurants, brewers or places that use it as an ingredient so I buy syrup that I repackage to fit their needs. I typically try to price myself somewhere between the bulk selling and buying price so a producer can get a little more money. I've only heard what Bascom's prices are so I was curious about other buyers.
