Has any one used some type of cooling system to cool there sap for longer storage?

I am new at this and i can only evaporate on the week end . I was wondering if any one has found a inexpensive way to cool the sap in a large tank (275 gallon Tote) thru refrigeration.
Such as the components from a refrigeration ?

I have a 55 gallon drum buried in the ground that I dump into and pump up to my head tank from. I will back drain sap into the barrel at the end of a boil to store in the in-ground tank. So far it has worked great. Both to keep from freezing and cool in the warm weather. Thinking about putting a tote in ground for next year.
